Here's my only concern is that Intel will soon be releasing their
new processor in the Core 2 Extreme line code-named
Penryn.
This will support a 45 nano meter form factor, which makes it
cooler, more efficient, and saves battery. It will be sporting up
to 2.8GHz of independently overclocking dual core processor that
lets you run single threaded apps at screaming speeds. Here's the
problem, its release date has been rumored to be not until Q1 2008
. This means that it will most likely be
released in MBP's at Macworld '08 in January. We'll just have to
wait and see what Intel's next move is!
