- 1 Boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/3 Lettuce head
- 1 Carrot coined
- 6 Radishes sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber sliced
- 1/4 Cup rice vinegar
- Cube the chicken and cook in a pan over medium-high heat with butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, toss the vegetibles together and shred the lettuce into the bowl.
- Mix in the cooked chicken and toss with rice vinegar.
