- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Green pepper, chopped
- 1 Red pepper, chopped
- 1 Cup broccoli flourets
- 2 Cups pasta
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tsp ginger
- Heat soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of pure olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and cook in skillet until browned.
- Add green peppers, red peppers, and brocroccoli to the skillet and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
