1. Stir together cream cheese and mayo in a bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeño peppers.
  2. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cut Jalapeño peppers in half and remove seeds. Then stuff the pepper halves with spread.
  4. Place in pre-heated over at 425˚ F for 8-10 minutes.
