- 10 Jalapeno peppers
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 2 oz canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Stir together cream cheese and mayo in a bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeño peppers.
- Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cut Jalapeño peppers in half and remove seeds. Then stuff the pepper halves with spread.
- Place in pre-heated over at 425˚ F for 8-10 minutes.
