- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, coconut and salt. Stir in the condensed milk and vanilla until well blended. Drop golf ball sized dough balls onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven to 350˚ F, until coconut is toasted.
