- 4 pork loins
- 4 apples
- 4 pears
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- Chop apples & pears and combine with water, sugar, and brown sugar in slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
- Cook pork loins on skillit over medium heat until medium-well.
- Cover with hot apple/pear jelly and serve.
